The wondrous tree of Petit Lu

In 2009 Kraft Foods Benelux contacted Phixion Creation regarding a promotional campaign for their Petit Lu biscuits.  They wanted to promote their products in several shopping centres and supermarkets.  Two concepts were conceived: the wondrous tree of Petit Lu and the red Lu tractor...

In the first project, the wondrous tree of Petit Lu, the Petit Lu mascot, Lulu, tells his story in the shopping centres.  A gorgeous tree was created, with an interactive little garden on one side and a story-telling corner on the other side.  The shopping centre’s visitors can press a button, which will activate the playing little bears in the Wondrous Tree garden.  Lulu appears through the little door in the tree trunk and talks to the visitors.  At the back side of the tree, a seat was integrated into the tree trunk, so that a story-telling moment can be organised on selected days.  While the storyteller takes place in the trunk-seat, the children can sit on the little tree-trunks or in the pillows that are scattered around the tree...
